Tomáš Císařovský is a well-known Czech chef who worked for the most famous restaurants of Prague and learned from the Michelin chefs, including the French star Gilad Peled. At Portfolio, he and his team strive to find that perfect balance between the classic dishes and something new, a spark that you will find interesting.

To sample their cuisine, you can try their tasting menu paired with perfectly matured wines, or one of their a la carte options which included, at the time of press, pan-fried duck liver foie gras with duck breast and grated tonka beans with butternut squash plus tamarind sauce. Or, beef tenderloin Charolais, roasted mushroom, blue cheese crumble, cherry gel and mustard oil, for instance. Short of time? The lunch menu includes juicy pork tenderloin with mushrooms, beans, and potatoes with a pepper sauce, or the opulent and inviting veal fillet, ravioli stuffed with salsiccia and smoked tongue, plus vegetables and a chanterelle mushroom sauce. It is worth noting they offer vegetarian dishes too, so if you are so inclined, you can dine here and take advantage of their highly professional cooking.
