Pasta Fresca: The joy of the Italian cuisine

Pasta Fresca

There are numerous Italian restaurants in Prague, as Czechs are especially fond of Italian cuisine. One of them is pretty much a celebration of the art of pasta: at Pasta Fresca, you can get an unusual range of pasta dishes, including the less known types.

We strongly recommend looking at these, as they offer interesting options such as the underrated fregola sarda, a smaller type of pasta that is produced in a similar way as cous cous, by rubbing the wet flour into little balls. In Sardinia, you can find it in traditional dishes such as mutton stews, and more recently as part of salads. At Pasta Fresca, they offer a nicely balanced dish consisting of the fregola, seafood and tomatoes.

Something for when you do not have time

The daily menu offers a quick solution to your hunger that calls for a smaller but quality meal – you do not have to run around the center of Prague with a sandwich. Another thing to do is to call them at +420 224 230 244, choose a meal and pick it up as takeaway. Then, you can have a really good lunch or dinner in your room or as part of your picnic in one of Prague’s numerous green spots.
