Although many visitors think that Prague’s main square is the picturesque Old Town Square, it is in fact another one, the Wenceslas Square, that is considered the very heart of this city. It might be less historical but it has its perks, including the place called Duplex.

You might have heard of the rooftop club that is located here, which hosts the world’s renowned DJs, but there is more to Duplex than just music and drinks. They run their own restaurant, and it is worth a visit.

We like their smaller dishes intended, as they say, “for casual grazing” – this sounds like just the thing we want to do often, and tasty mini-dishes such as the Asian chili prawns or the crispy calamari are very enticing.

If you still want some bigger size dishe, they offer big burgers, a tasty beef fillet with a choice of creamy cognac peppercorn sauce, Indian spiced butter or the Asian herbed butter, seafood, chicken, or two light and tasty salads. Pasta is also an option, and you can have a vegetarian version too.
